It's better now. There is problem to note. When you click on return an item and choose return via Aramex, it generates a returning code in a prompt that disappears forever if you didn't copy it. I lost that code and ther is no way to find it in the app. At least send the code via email to be preserved for later use.

I don't know what is happening I downloaded it, but app doesn't even launch. It keeps loading and crashes after a minute

It was a bad experience I bought products from the store, but the cashiers told me to buy online to earn points I said ok and already paid by credit card, but the order refused by the system, so I told him return the order and give me my money he told it will be deduct from your money or call thr customer service I called them, but they can't help me
