**edit: the next day it seemed resolved and was working normally** I was loving the app, I like the notifications for motion detection. However, just overnight it stopped sending me notifications for motion detection. I ran through all the troubleshooting tips and everything is set the way it should be. I even reinstalled the app. I do get the line crossing notification but not the motion notification anymore.

App keeps deleting my dvr from my account, so I can't view cameras from my phone.

App always had glitches but now it's unbearable. I cannot play back video without it crashing, freezing, or giving some sort of error message. Even playback and having to flip through cameras and continuously changing the time is a nightmare. My old system I can set the time I want to watch and flip through the different cameras following whatever I was looking at. Now I have to set the time overtime I flip to a different camera frame.

Can't get remote configuration to work in the app despite ports being open and ddns configuration set up. Everything else works well. But, being limited to adjusting configurations locally on the device is a real pain. -edit post response - Your suggestions it to just view my cameras. My Original comment is about the remote configuration feature. The feature that requires DDNS setup. Accessible in the app by device->options->settings->remote configuration. Spinning wheel never loads.
