When there is only the H+ mobile network we can't upload images. It should let us slide as delivered while the image is still uploading in the background, so we don't need to drive to a different area to complete a contactless. Camera needs work: - flash on by default - we don't need to tap ok every time we go to take a photo - if the camera was integrated into the delivery cards we wouldn't need to wait for it to load. Please also let us see the addresses early, so we can get our maps ready

Signed up over a month ago, haven't heard a thing from the area coordinator, make this independent like Uber Eats drivers

There needs to be updates such as an in-app messaging service, so drivers don't have to use their own private mobile numbers to contact customers. There should also be an option to access historical chats with dispatchers and area coordinators instead of it auto deleting them after a few days and making them inaccessible. We also need an option to view our historical orders and the payments we will be receiving from them for the payment period instead of calculating it ourselves.

Photos Take forever to upload, usually have to do it a couple of times before it works. Can lose a few minutes of time waiting. Bring back the option to skip, frustrating when the person meets you but still have to try and upload a photo. Messaging with dispatch has many bugs, have to continuously close and open again for it to work.

I reckon it would make sense to add a tipping option, so customers can tip the driver! There is no reason not to add it, and it would benefit the drivers. It would also be cool if you could have your own profile and there should be weekly bonus if you complete said amount of deliverys. Overall the app covers the basics, but I fell as if there is a lot of potential possibility to benefit everyone further
