Been working with deliveroo for 3 years now the new identity verification system is missing the option of online e visa as Home Office in UK has changed from brp cards to e visa There is this guy pradeep in their support very useless and stupid guy every single time I email them they send me same copy and paste response. My earning has severely affected and noone of theri team member cares no online phone call available only email where you get automated response
