Great little pub with excellent beers and a table service via this app, but they need to do something to deaden the noise. Soft wall and ceiling covering to absorb the sound. The plain walls and ceiling just make the problem worse, and people talk louder because they can not make themselves heard, and that increase the problem.

App very easy to use across the many excellent pubs. Just confirm your location and your table and order. You also get points for every £1 you spend which means beer for free on a regular basis.

People are primarily using this app to buy drinks not to look at ads, so the button for buying drinks should be the first thing you see on the homepage not hidden at the bottom of the screen while you look at a page of ads. You should also not need to make an account AND enter card details just to see the menu, do that when people have selected the drinks already. Awful user design.

Ridiculously complicated. Loads of promotions. All I want to do is order beer. Other small breweries have managed to develop a simple app to order beer

Terrible. Doesn't let you scan your card details in and is an absolute ball ache getting them typed in. Gave up in the end and asked the bar maid for a pint, which took seconds.

Worst app for trying to order I had time to drink two pints trying to order on it drinks said paid. Order never went through in the end gave up and went to bar. Useless
