★★★★★ Super convent app! I can pay bills, send money, and even access a void check all from my phone and the layout is very intuitive and user-friendly.

★★★★★ The best banking app I've used. However, recently it stopped opening links (like for e-transfers) and instead those get opened with my browser. Making it more frustrating than it needs to be. EDIT: I use Firefox, not chrome, as my default browser.

★★☆☆☆ Forced 2FA = Lose 1 star. No wire to domestic institutions = lose 1 star E-transfer limits way too low = Lose 1 star. Declined credit card application because, apparently, my credit history is too short (my credit history is 30 years, and I've been a Discarding account holder for 40 years) = Lose 1 star (pure incompetence) Totally useless app changelogs = Lose 1 star They don't honor benefits given by my account = Lose 1 star. Sadly, can't give below 1 star

★★☆☆☆ Why do you app makers always make the experience worse with your updates, I can no longer access my account with latest change, I hold a cc only and with update I now need a magical virtual number I have not been provided with but is available online, I CANNOT GET ONLINE WITHOUT THE NUMBER YOU HAVE ONLY GIVEN ONLINE, modern internet banking sucks

★★☆☆☆ I wanted to add a recipient to send money directly to another Discarding account: So I unlock the phone via fingerprint biometrics... Then start this app again unlocking via fingerprint. I go to 'add recipient' in the menu... The app then ask me to verify my identity again! I select send code through notification... Nothing happens. No notification. No popup. Nothing! At some point, one starts to wonder why and who these supposed 'security measures' are supposed to protect us against! Ourselves‽
