★★★★★ Love Dick's for shoe shopping, but it does lag often making you lose filters for refreshing... I do believe it's overall an issue with the app but who knows, MAYBE it could be my phone 🤷🏼‍♀️💭⁉️

So I went into the store over in Jones Valley and Stephanie and Jalen ended up making my whole experience so hassle-free and helpful, I will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

★★☆☆☆ They still haven't fixed the Move tracker connection issue (Fitbit & UA Connected Fitness won't connect to the app; don't know about Garmin). This is a well-documented issue that's been ongoing for some time now and renders the Move points system useless.

★★☆☆☆ This app is pointless if you are checking what they have in store. I realize now I should have called, but the app said a certain show was in stock. I drove up there and it's not. In fact they had one size. Then another show they said was in stock, it wasn't. So what's the point of the app showing you what's in stock in the store? You trying to get me in to then sell it online to me? Why not just say so before I drive.
