I couldn't find a rating below One Star in order to write my experience. An application with so many bugs (e.g. tells me no connection to internet despite 4G and Wi-Fi connections). Still wonder why they don't resolve major technical issues despite many complaints. Was with customer service on the phone and the line disconnected suddenly. 🤷🏻♂️

One of the worst companies operating in Jordan. Do NOT use this app or you WLL lose your money. My friend got their account removed after receiving only one call AFTER the fact despite having money in it, citing some "central bank policy", which after checking, turned out to be an outright lie. Previous to that I had the unpleasant experience with their customer service while trying to close my account. It took 3 days of constant calling for them to finally close it, so I can use an actual bank with actual service. All that without mentioning their shady tactics of getting "customers" from university by binding their card to the university ID card with no easy way to unbind it. I blame the university too for allowing that (University of Petra). Do not use Dinar nor the Jordan Kuwait bank if you care about having dignity. You will eventually be talking to very outright rude customer support agents and getting headache while slowly realizing that this cooperation is rotten from the top down, and you have no one to turn to in order to fix the problems you will eventually be having.

The worst app you'd ever use. The worst company you'd ever collaborate with. Customer service level ZERO. They take decisions on the customer account without even asking or notifying the customer. They make their app/ company as your preferred option without even asking you. They take commissions on free services. Their app is literally slower than the old versions of explorer. They have never learned about the customer experience or needs. Don't use it, don't use it, don't use it, please don't...
