I signed up and realized it wasn't what I wanted and canceled everything. I get a charge on my card. I contact customer support, and they tell me I didn't cancel the order and I got an email about the shipment. The email said my shipment was almost ready with a button to check out. That doesn't say I have an order that's placed and fixing to ship. It says I have to finish the order. They still refuse a refund and insist I placed an order.

DO NOT order from here. Our first week they didn't even send us our order and instead of a refund, they gave us credits so to get our money back we had to buy more stuff from them. Our second week the box smelled like marijuana, and it didn't even have all the ingredients that were promised.

Be careful if you sign up to check the menu and cancel your account immediately. They will still charge you a week later. We called the support line, and we're told sorry in the fine print you have to call to cancel your order, and now they have taken the money, and it's too late. They can donate the meals but can't cancel. This company is a massive scam
