People will hang up on you from a company for anything these days. They should be fired and that will stop the problem!!!!!! Remember the word FIRED???

★★☆☆☆ I purchased a Policy for Basic liability covering the other party Anyhow, my rate for the 12-month policy agreement the monthly payment was $85.99. Moving on, after 3 payments (All Paid On Time). THEN Come time to pay my 4th payment I opened the app to pay, and it changed overnigh$105.99. That being said DO NOT GIVE DIRECT QUTO your hard-earned money. It's honestly probably a scammers' playground if you're not careful. Hope this helps someone. God bless.

★★☆☆☆ Worst insurance company ever I was paying for a car insurance they didn't even have the right vin on my car, so I've been paying car insurance this whole time not even for my car, and they want to blame me for it and charge me extra for their own mistake tell me they didn't care the state was fixing to pull my driver's license and my tag tell me I didn't even have car insurance that I have been paying on for over a year now just because direct Auto did not put the right vin in their system
