Devin, they have a Security lock for your card, so nobody can get into it. It's like lifblock if somebody tries to get into it. It will notify you that someone hacked into your card, but you gotta get it. Set up with social security to have it done that way? I dit and it works like that really good

The minute I retired and was offered Direct Express I'm so HAPPY I DID. This is your social security money coming right from Social Security to you. The debit/credit card is a Visa. You'll never have to be cashing a check or putting it in a bank. I have watched my roommate go through hell using Walmart or other cards, and he's gotten hacked or ripped off. Direct Express has your back. It's the government. TOTALLY LEGIT. TOTAL RELIEF.

I've been using this card for 5 months, and it was a mistake. From the start I noticed I kept getting double charged for different transactions. When I called Comerica Bank to get it straightened out, the first 2 calls where hung up on me then when I did get ahold of someone they always told me it was someone else's fault. When I would try to transfer money from my Direct Express MasterCard Debit card, it would say "bank declined" and lock me out for 24 hours.

They don't protect our cards well at all you can get robbed with your card locked. They will make sure you get some of your money if you are robbed but not all and blame us disabled people for others stealing or harming us. They charge you 85c in order to punish us from using their card services. They choose what companies can steal from us while are card is locked which is a tragic I wish I could work a real job because this is punishment to have to worry about a service actually servicing ppl
