I was waiting 3hr for doctor nr 1. Told my problem but no reply for 3hrs. Then changed to other doctor he not willing to help as he is a prescription doctor only. Strange! Help desk also no reply. This app is useless and dangerous as they say they help people. But sick people wait and wait for nothing.
