While creating an account for the first time they showed no options for setting up my username rather they asked me to give them my real name, after giving that they showed this username already exists...! ★★☆☆☆ I had an appointment with the doctor at 7:40, but the call didn't connect tried several times, contacted helpline they said they will re-schedule my appointment at 11 but after that no response from the team. I was in a serious need to talk with the doctor, but I could not. I messaged them on WhatsApp and told to refund me, but they blocked me on WhatsApp. Bunch of cheaters!
