Dollar Bank Mobile App

★★★★★ This app exceeded my expectations I would have never known how easy it was to deposit a check unless Shelly from the Monroeville PA Branch advise me. It was such an easy process all I had to do was take a photo of the front and back of the check and hit deposit, and it went right into my account. I thought there would be a 3 to 5 day hold on it, but it was less than 24 hours before I had all the money that was deposited. I am so grateful to Shelly she said she is a new hire, and she is amazing.

★★★★★ Really useful helpful app. Crashes at times, but they work quickly to fix issues. I am a 2÷ year with dollar bank. The new mobile app interface is sooo much better. Recently opened it and everything I needed to do or wanted was right there. Great job dollar bank.

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst banking app I've ever used. The mobile deposit function is worthless. Every time I try to deposit a check I get an error that it can't be read, even though it's perfectly in focus and in frame.

★★☆☆☆ Worst bank ever, do yourself a favor and change banks. It's harder to gain access to your online banking app than it is for fraud to happen to your account. This is by far the most idiotic system in place. They can stop me from accessing my online banking but can't stop a hacker. #GTFOH#WORSTBANKEVER

★★☆☆☆ Since 4/28, I see the following alert on the application and cannot remove it. I cannot use the mobile app at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Message: "Alert! To safeguard your data, this application does not support debugging."
