Took some time I love this app now...it took aome time working with customer service to get things fixed but once that was done it works flawlessly. Both my wife and I have GS4s on the verizon wireless network. I think some folks here didnt do their homework before purchasing the doorbot. You have to have a really good wifi signal. Anyway...if you are having issues, contact CS and they will set up a time to call and help you out ( remember to NOT have them call your cell that you want them to troubleshoot)

Works on most devices Update 10/mar/14:Still sketchy on my Samsung galaxy s3 but perfect on my iPad and nexus 7. I really enjoy the security and peace of mind it provides! I loved answering my uk doorbell while in portugal! I'm updating from 3 to 4 stars. This works great on my nexus 7 and my wife's iPad. The resolution is low but the response time is faster than others have posted. It will not work on my Samsung galaxy s3. Hope they get that bug fixed soon! Update: now works on my s3 however is spotty.

Application does not work The application is not even working right!!! I got the Doorbot and is not able to connect to the network!!!

Not worth it App can not be silenced & goes off even when phone is on silent. A lag in video. Not worth the money unless app greatly improves.

Doesn't work on lollipop They fixed it to work on KitKat and now lollipop is out. I can view history on my nexus 6 but both the nexus 6 and moto x 2014 do not get video or even ring notifications. Have barely had this a year and it's like they don't care about supporting their product at all, just releasing buggy things and forcing people to upgrade like an apple product.
