Awesome experience. A fresh take on investing, finally! Allows me to set up a regular investment, so I don't have to think about it AND I can buy shares too when I want or regularly with their auto investing feature. Autopilot seems great cos I keep control of everything in the Hub, but really I don't have to think about it.

They are very customer oriented and handle customers problems fast and efficiently however I wish they had longer hours that they were available to help but with the crisis or the stupid thing I guess everybody suffering That's the only reason I took one star off is that they don't have like great hours, but they do handle your problems fast Great job Dough!

Wanted to try out Dough but was denied access after applying. A couple of days later I received an email that says that they needed more documents for verification. I sent in the verification documents, waited a few days with still no word back. Had to reach out to someone through discord and they finagled helped me to be approved. Finally able to try out the app and was disappointed by lack of needed features, bad customer service, and an overall poor experience. So my search continues...

I've been with dough for a good amount of time now. At first, they were pretty okay. Now I'm so sick of them. I can't even recount how many times I haven't been able to log into my account and access my money because the app was acting ridiculous and telling me that my login credentials are wrong. I reset my password and still can't access the account, so I always end up having to reach out to customer service (via email only which seems to be their preferred method of communication) Go with Others
