★★★★★ This is a sandbox hospital simulation with a huge similarity to the old Facebook game. The only difference is it lack the animations on each room, making the game a bit boring to look at. But the main issue is that there is no lock to keep items in place and avoid being drag around. It's annoying when you have to manually collect the income of each room and items. All in all, it's a nice game. And the best part, it has limited ads which is used to make things easier. Highly recommended!

★★☆☆☆ Level 50, finding game quite boring now as there's no new challenges. Only tasks left to do are ridiculously long-winded ones which will take over 12 months to complete. Have built everything I can, have expanded all areas. Staff don't have stat's above 49 so no point in firing and hiring lower staff just to complete the 200 staff task. Please set some new challenges to keep me engaged. It's been a great game otherwise.

★★☆☆☆ I lost my game progress at level 25 and reached out to the support team, but they did not do anything about it. My emails were not replied to; so it's a waste of time thinking that your game will be fixed. If you've lost your game and are still willing to play the game just know that you have to start from the beginning (Level 1).

★★☆☆☆ I'm really enjoying the game, but after the update, I keep having problems with the event. Yesterday I was 2nd and had 4k points then the game had maintenance. After the maintenance, I checked the event, and it wants me to register again, and when I register again, my progress goes zero. The event haven't ended yet, because the event is for 2 days. And then today, it happened again, it wants me to register again to the event.
