Great app. See the doctor online and get medication delivered home in few hours. COVID-19 friendly service

No cancel button at processing the booking request page. No guideline on how long (maximum) you wait before you know the doctor will accept / reject your booking. CS conversation page sometimes loads to a blank page even if u want to ask for certainty. If you really need a doctor that day and not some mild long-term issue that can be postponed to another day, so you finally go to queue up at clinic you may risk double payment or a time-wasting disappointment if you also book on this app.

Can't upload ID. Every time I hit upload, it clears the entire form. Totally useless if you can't register.

The doctor was no show after the appointment was confirmed. The app management is bad and ridiculous.
