Great first experience with Drive mate. Certainly not a complaint, but need to check times when you book, if your return time is later than the pickup time, it equates to another day for the booking, the plus to that is you get an extra day of "free" kilometers. Very happy overall, will certainly use Drive mate in the future 🚗🙂

Faulty app & bad service. Awaiting refund. Went through the verification process successfully and paid $89 to rent a car for 1 day with reduced excess. Booking was instantly cancelled for no valid reason and chat support couldn't activate the booking even though I wanted to go ahead with it.

Booked a car and travelled 4 hours to be told by the owner it was meant to be removed from listings a month ago as it was sold. Drive mate was unable to find me another car and took me over a week to get my funds back, which didn't include the deposit ($50) I had to fight them to get that back. I strongly recommend NOT using this service and avoiding it at all costs. They say they check on listing weekly, which is clearly not true as if it were this wouldn't have happened to me. Terrible app.
