So far, it's been pretty easy to set up and navigate. Once signed in, I was able to move from section to section without any freeze or load problems. The information is displayed in a way that is very easy to navigate and making a payment was simple and quick. I like the layout of this app better than the Ktag app we used to have. Once there are more people signed in and using this app, the app speed may be different. We'll see, in time.

The app doesn't allow long email to be entered since there is a maximum character count. Works on the site but not the app due to character limit. Pretty laughable that you guys didn't even test the app or do any kind of QA.

Username field truncates after 20 characters which is smaller than my actual username. Can not get logged in, therefore useless

App doesn't allow me to sign in, and neither does the website. The migration to this new system should have the glitches worked out by now.

This app didn't let me type all my usernames, but I was able to log in to the website.

It won't let me sign in. I have reset password 3 times and still won't let me in. It lets me in when I reset pw, but when I log out and try to sign back in it says invalid login.
