I'm enjoying the product so far especially when I drive mostly evenings and nights. This camera is easy to set up. I do have one complaint about the "harsh driving" is anything like driving over speed bumps to driving over or around potholes, which should not be classified as "harsh driving".

Great Dashcam! Love the quality of video it puts out. Not sure what others are saying about paying, I don't pay a thing to use it. You can just let it run and when you want to see video just request the date and time, and it will download up to a 5-minute clip to your phone. Not sure why people are complaining, they must not know how to work it.

I drive for Uber and decided to guinea pig drives cape dashcam. You can't see the footage that it records but for what they consider "hard" braking or if you push the button, Which you see 1 min footage. You are given an option to record personal driving. Testing device, I disabled recording during personal driving where I noticed device occasionally recording. From not being able to view any or all videos to the device recording when supposedly, it's off. I am going back to my personal dashcam.

I heard this is third party device and record all the time even on your private time. And there is even bad business behave if you sign up with them and don'tnt even get there camera and install the app and not start with them and cancel even before you start anything you still have to pay them what a B S business atitute. In other hands any good company they always give you 30 days for return there services if you don't satisfy with them. I will ask every one not to do business with them
