Works well. Im convinced ratings are so low because tourists can't accept that an italian app is in italian. The app is not going to help you learn how the bus system works, you can use Google Maps or moovit for that. Every bus station also has timetables printed, so you can view them. You may need to make sure you have an international capable credit card, but I had no issue with payment. You don't need an account to use it. Open and buy 👍 no SMS required unlike the official transit apps

Worked flawlessly with a german mastercard. Half of the stuff is italian (e.g. ticket descriptions, which could be the local ticket offices fault, we were in La Spezia). Buying tickets worked. Would be great to not invalidate them on buying, so trips can be prepared

I was traveling in Sardegna and I was able to buy any tickets for bus or train in 2 clicks, even when I was already in the bus! No queue, no buses/train lost, With Revolut virtual card works perfectly! Amazing app! Pity there is no marketing around, and often people don't know about it. But surely every reviser/ bus driver knows it and I never had problems!

Couldn't work out to buy two tickets. Don't need 5 or 10. Didn't know how to validate. Ticket office were useless. Bus driver showed me the scan code. Stupid. Bought the ticket to save interaction with staff. Cant buy a ticket for local sia transport.

DO NOT BUY WITH THIS APP They force you to buy "packages" of 5, 10, €20 prepaid cards and if you don't use all the credit, it's lost. USE EASYPARK INSTEAD as they only charge you for the actual time used.
