I bought a 30-day ticket 5 days ago, but now it has disappeared from the app! And there is no app update available! Update: I had to go home & log in to DSB on my PC, as I don't remember my passwords! It turns out that the app had logged me out, so I couldn't see my ticket! Luckily I managed to get home without a fine, lucky for DSB as I would NOT have paid it.! Sort It Out!!! UPDATE: 11 September 2024 - It has just logged me out AGAIN, so now I have to go home to get the password! Fix it!!!

Thanks for logging me out and forcing check-in onboarding again without a notification so I can do it at my convenience, not when I'm on the station and missed the train because of this beautiful flow 🥰

The app logged me out automatically, and I could not log back in to get my commuter pass because the dsb.dk domain was blocking requests from my mobile network provider (Lyca). All of this happened with a ticket controller by my side which luckily decided to not fine me when I presented the email receipt of when I purchased my commuter card. Absolutely bluffing that this occurred, specially when there are multiple reviews already describing this issue of people being logged out automatically.
