It takes the whole time and frustrating to increase your limit, how can a quarterly limit of a bank be $3000 and to increase it takes weeks with all kinds of documents demanded. Payslip needed with bank statement showing payments, what about self-employed people who don't have payslips or source of income from inheritance? The bank should revise their terms to increase limit and understand the limit is too low for quarterly transactions. They would have had 5 stars with no issues

This stuff is operated in India and has no connection with any Swiss bank, and they actually use your identity once you upload it with your video verification I really don't advice anyone to use them to and look for a legit alternative 😉

This is a very horrible bank. I don't recommend it to anyone. They have been holding my 228k naira for the past 5 months, and they no longer reply me. For your life, please find another bank, but you see this Dukascopy, they are very fraudulent. Google should delist all their apps because they keep taking people's money. They are not here for serious business but to steal. Dukascopy I'm still waiting for my money... I will sue you guys for always robbing people off their sweats. This bank is fraud.
