How Duke Energy can get energy going throughout the Tampa Bay area with the swiftness Every time is jaw dropping. I appreciate everything the employees of Duke Energy do. I am rarely able to log into this app. The sign in function simply does nothing. Of those few times I am able to log in the app has about a 50% failure rate for providing accurate info. I know there is high volume usage at this time but looking at reviews this is a norm for this app. It is not complicated to fix something like this you simply have to pay a developer to do the work.

I'm pretty sure Duke Energy sold my information. I paid my bill online last night, it's the only thing I've used lately that I had to put in my phone and today from 8am to right now, 528pm I have gotten 25 phone calls from telemarketers about Medicare benefits. It's completely ridiculous, I suggest if you use this app don't give them your phone number. I haven't gotten any telemarketing calls for months until I signed up on the Duke app.
