From the customization and how organized the app is, to the challenging workouts and even the meal plans are very simple to follow I also love how they show you that you're not working out alone in the many people that's actually motivated to try to work out even if they're doing something different they're on the app. I love all the videos shows you the correct way to do the exercise and even give you time to prep

★★★★★ Needs to announce the next workout out loud so when they change from standing to sitting you don't have to get off the floor to check your phone (if most of the workouts are standing then you do a laying, if you set your phone down and don't know what they mean in the next workout you have to stand back up and check it out. But good overall.

★★☆☆☆ Was using this app for nearly 2 years. And suddenly after the update all the contents are premium now. All the progress is stopped. Time to move on, uninstalled

★★☆☆☆ Was one of the earlier users that paid for lifetime. After a recent update the app put all the workouts behind a subscription. Support refuses to acknowledge or even look into the issue. Don't pay for this app, they change their terms at will.
