App connected first time to my new three sixty. The app description says it's only compatible with serial starting 22, but it connected ok with my serial starting 24. But the app often does not control the heater, I just switched it off using the app and the app showed it as off, but the heater is still in heat mode. Switching it on the app showed it as heat level 3, but the heater was still on level 1. Edit seems to be working ok now.

Despite the effort involved in installation of this app, once done it works well & usefully shows historical temperature trends. Loose a star for the annoyance experienced when seeing ” attention required" with no option to click through to whatever requires attention it becomes a v very annoying hunt for what can be nothing! MO. Update 08.01.24 Increasingly losing patience with this app, having lost connection, & despite having previously set up, it now refuses to connect, loose another * !!

Worst app ever for smart home devices. It can't connect not find the device when it finds you can control the Heather at all.

Bought their Bora dehumidifier. As others stated, the product is nice, but the app is garbage. You have to create an account to acces extra functions on your own Duux device?! Plus the app forgets your account, so you have to log in every time you want to check smth. Constantly forgets humidity settings, or timer setups, so just gave up on it and use the physical buttons. Shame, it would be such a neat product with a good app. Don't buy Duux things if your goal is an easily accessible smart home.

Does. Not. Work. 'Connected' to my Three Sixty 2 a bunch of times, but it just doesn't show in the app. Can't control my 'smart' heater via Wi-Fi/phone/Alexa. Got ripped off on this one! Avoid.
