★★★★★ Proper travel app. Better than the munich one

★★☆☆☆ I tried to buy a ticket with the app as recommended on a tram timetable. The app requires registration, which has to be done through a DVB website. The website keeps you logging of after every attempt. I didn't manage to buy a ticket at all and had to find ticket vending machine instead.

★★☆☆☆ If you are from North America, don't waste your time with this app. I could not get it to work because it will not text a login PIN when registering with a North American mobile number. If you are from Canada, U.S., Mexico, or the Caribbean, it will not send a text to North American phone numbers with number entered in international format with +1 or 001 prefixes. Also, if you have an address outside the EU or UK, the app does not allow you to select your country for home address.

★★☆☆☆ What a pile of garbage. In order to buy a ticket, I need to log in, and I need in order to log in, I need to register, in order to register, oh I can't because there's no United States option. Who wrote this piece of garbage? I have a credit card, that's all the information you need!

★★☆☆☆ Handy Ticket Germany as cooperation partner is not working properly. Therefore this app is not usable for Fast and easy online tickets. I was not able to add payment method (505 server error) and PayPal is not supported
