Honestly I love the features that are added, the budget analysis, repeating payments and such. Years ago I considered switching banks due to how behind BNP Paribas Fortis was with their app, but they gave me a great deal on my house loan, so I sucked it up. These days I'm very happy with the app, keep the features coming! Having better insights into my spending really helps to optimize them. One thing I miss is being able to make screenshots, I know it's a security thing, but make it an option?

It does not work since latest Samsung updates in November 2024. I tried to reinstall many times after updating my phone but no luck, it had been almost a week already. No feedback from bank or app developers other than advising to reinstall the app. :(

1)Bank Transfer with itsme validation give a systematic Technical Error. Was previously working fine. Reinstall does not change it. "Due to a Technical problem this function is temporarily unavailable" is the message in Itsme that this only application get after confirming a bank transfer. Probably the way you call itsme... 2) temporary payment limits to change via the app are very low compared to other banks. Not good.

App not working on the newest android version of Google Pixel phones. Helpdesk couldn't help me out. Best answer they currently have is "wait until we solve it" with no clear deadline. Can't access my banking without a card reader.

I can't log in any more it asks me for my location, my card info, requires me to authenticate with a card reader and then after giving it my phone number and using the code it texts me it gives me a non-descriptive error message, the web app is also trashed that one takes ages to load on each page
