Note(1/1/2025): Thanks for fixing the app, the app is now useable. Very unstable app. Can't log in, reset password and register device. It is crashing every time at otp enter page. Can't access and manage my account at necessary time. My device is at Android: 14, Brand:iQoo, Model: neo 9 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen2 Soc. Please make the app useable as soon as possible.

The App Crashes Each Time Automatically. The worst app ever. Even, The NPSB problem still exists in EBL for which customer always call to customer care and care representatives always say sorry for it, and takes long time to resolve the NPSB problem. Do YOU (EBL) even know what is the meaning of NPSB? In one hand, it is charging money to do NPSB and on the other hand, the NPSB (instant money transfer) option taking long, long days to transfer the money. 🤬😡😡😡 The worst experience as always.

1. Logging Time: For log in, it is taken additional time comparing with other Apps, e.g. UCB Unet, BRAC Astha. 2. Card Balance: Real time credit card balance is not updated after making payments like UCB Unet. 3. Color Pallet: Color should be matched with EBL brand theme.

I tried to use biometrics on my device. For some reason a prompt is shown that my password is not valid. Tried to set a pin gave me the same prompt as before. Then I tried to change my password through the app, and it again shows that my password is invalid! Keep in my that I logged in with the same PASSWORD!! I clicked forgot password and tried to set it through validation. Almost all the steps were completed but when it came to taking a photo of myself it crashed! What a joke of an app!!!
