★★☆☆☆ The app does not find any of my booked trips, for which I reveived booking confirmations from bookers and the # itinerary. The virtual assistant also just tells "you have no trips scheduled". Checking my bookers account, all trips are listed, so it is a problem with the app.

★★☆☆☆ This company stole money out off my debate card. I had gone through then to book 2 hotel rooms. They took the money out of my account. Never sent the money to the hotel, so I had to pay cash. They never refunded me the money back. They gave me a phone number that was some lady named Rose. They other numbers tell ya if it is an emergency hang up call 911. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DON'T LET THE CHEAP RATES FOOL YOU. THEY ROB PEOPLE, I WILL HE NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BORROW.

★★☆☆☆ Prices go up after you've chosen a flight and review the trip you are about to book and pay for. Wastes customers time.

★★☆☆☆ Very slow. And poor customer service. We had a problem with a room booked. ALL the rooms of that category (luxury, which was the best class of room) were substandard. When Bookers were informed, they basically put it on me to sort it out. The hotel refused a refund. We ended up in a premium room which was still substandard but paid for the luxury room-did not get the difference back. The information on the website (which we used to make a decision was misleading). Won't be using Bookers again.
