I ordered a cb, and it kept changing drives and took a very long time which ended up making me very late for an appointment I also could not cancel the ride because it was going to charge me a fee even tho the driver was still very far away

They decided to charge me a cancellation fee, despite the fact that the cab ordered was driving on a highway headed across the island. Called customer service to request the fee back, and they responded with "you should have called us at the moment". Yeah okay, sorry, I didn't get the user manual to follow through on the procedure. Not only were they rude and not understanding over the phone, but they also failed to see that I've been a loyal rider for a couple of years now. What incompetence.

The service is decaying a lot in the last year. Not enough cars Don't comply with the pre-schedule reserves of the previous day Drivers that don't move or go to opposite directions for 5, 10 minutes waiting for customers cancel the trips and then overcharging fees to the clients unfairly without even having in the app the option to dispute this charges
