These Echan mall guys are scammers!!! This time I ordered, they gave me expired items(I have pictured & video evidences). My last order was 2 air fryers. They sent ONLY 1 claiming I didn't request for both to be sent; meanwhile, I ordered these items together, requested for delivery for them. This is their way of extorting people. Now they are asking we pay again for the 2nd air fryer and this time the same item weighs more than the first one. If you don't send my item, I WILL SPOIL YOUR BUSINESS.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Echan mall app. After being introduced to it by one of their representatives, I decided to switch from another app I had been using. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. I purchased goods totaling 200,000, only to be hit with an exorbitant shipping fee that forced me to leave the goods with them. To make matters worse, after receiving a notification that my order had arrived, I was shocked to learn that the clearing.

Please am I to put your address at the receiver address while entering address in the app? Am confused. After making order it keeps telling me to enter address, I don't know what address to put there (my personal address or your warehouse address?
