Terrible app. Always down. Forgets my saved login info. Can't even check my balance half the time. Needs serious work and that's bad considering this is the "updated" app that y'all made us install because the old platform was even worse. Edit 1/28/2021: still garbage. I hate this bank just because they can't get with the times. I got a new phone and somehow the password I used on my old phone doesn't work on the new one? Wth eco. Get. It. Together.

The modile deposit could take much longer than 48 hours like it says. I have deposited on a Tuesday, and not had my check clear the bank until the next Wednesday. Final straw for me, I deposited on a Tuesday, and it cleared Wednesday. I tried to order some Christmas presents, but for some reason the previously accepted check left my account. It went back to pending. It's accepted now but not available. I don't like leaving neg reviews, but they need to fix this or don't offer Mobile Deposit.
