The only thing I can suggest customers Central customers that will use your services is to update the machines at physical locations are used to insert and cell phones to be updated or however that might work or be phased in some way I understand that that might be a pretty large Financial task or the costs related to it are something that will have to be phased in like I said above, but they are kind of slow and sluggish and seemingly out of date and the current time that I am posting in 2024

I gave it a shot. I did cash in 3 phones, I DID RECEIVE CASH ON THE SPOT....... I AM HAPPY TO SEE ECOATM On THE RIGHT SIDE OF WALMART ENTRANCE. I TRULY NEVER NOTICED IT . I'VE BEEN Through THAT ENTRANCE 1000 TIMES AND FINALLY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET A FEW BUCKS EXTRA. PRIOR TO SHOPPING... YEAH 👍

I don't have any phones worth recycling but I like that this is an option. I just wanted to ask if you'd consider offering vape battery recycling, it might make up the costs of broken phones that are currently too low for people to drop them off.

Awesome app for what it is. Close to fair pricing. Easy to use and prepare for your trip into business that has kiosk. Kiosk does go down frequently and customer service doesn't do anything to help with it. Kiosk is fixed relatively fast compared to experiences. More kiosks are needed that are capable of accepting tablets and what not. Currently, there are only a couple in the metropolitan area.

Last update killed this app I can't get an estimate on a single phone with the app any more it tells me to visit a kiosk. But I can go online and input the same device info and get an estimate. So basically the app is now completely USELESS!!!!!!!!!
