I'm assuming the people who can't sign in are using the wrong app, this one is for commercial management only. Way better and faster than the old EMS app. It definitely needs to be able to filter thermostats by tags, major flaw. Fix that and 5 stars. Other than that I like it better.

Clunky and inefficient - the amount of clicks required to simply change the temperature of a thermostat is inordinate. The fact that they are not grouped at all makes using the app wildly laborious. It's clear that unfortunately, Ocoee doesn't care much about their smart buildings platform. While helpful, it's outdated and incredibly clunky.

I downloaded the app, but it's not promoting me to set up an account. It's asking for email and password and then tells me that the "username and password combination is not valid". How can it be valid if I haven't set up the account yet?? Why isn't it prompting me to set up the account??
