App is fine, but menus are disorganized. 3 different menu branches for 1) temperature thresholds, 2) comfort settings, and 3) schedule. Those basic functions should be in a single menu or at least the thresholds should be with the comfort settings. They also won't allow smaller thresholds than 2 degrees. It's my house and HVAC. Let me do what I want. Lastly, why on earth is there no widget to display basic info?

Lets me control my thermostat, especially when I'm in a room that is freezing (like the bathroom for example)! I can turn up my thermostat when I'm freezing, and feel like I'm surrounded by a warm hug! Overall, great features, easy controls, good reminder system for service and filter changes, and the "Home/Away/Vacation" features are also very nice. Very impressed with my Eco bee!

I purchased this particular smart thermostat, so I can set it to turn on when there is a 3° difference from the temperature that I was wanting. That feature does not work even though it is turned on.

I have an Ocoee light switch. I automated on and off times, but now I have discovered I no longer can control this from the app. The switch is now as useless as the dumb switch it replaced. Forget connecting to Alexa. That caused problems. I had to disconnect from Alexa and run only on the Ocoee app, which worked fine until recently when I needed to adjust power time. Fix this app!

App showing all sensors being used when current schedule should be using one sensor. Confirmed schedule and comfort setting is correct, app and thermostat is incorrect.
