Terrible app. When I set a temperature for one setting, it then copies that for the next setting. For example, if I set the comfort setting temperature to 18 degrees, then move to the eco setting, the eco setting is then also set at 18 degrees. If I then reduce the temperature to 12 degrees for the eco setting and save this, when I go to the comfort setting, the comfort temperature also now shows as 12 degrees. Contacted support who unhelpfully just tell me to contact the retailer who sold radiator

Recently got an ecostra radiator and started using this app. It was great at first but for some reason it's not retaining changes I've made to comfort temperature. It won't let me turn the radiator off from the app.

App was good to start with, but now it won't scroll through my heaters correctly. Can no longer use the app to adjust heaters. Wrong heater shows up when selected. Glitch won't right itself. Very annoyed. 12 heaters set up. Don't want to start all over again.
