This app helps catch leaks as soon as it happens. A water leak could be completely devastating to personal property. Time is truly of the essence when it comes to water leaks in your home. ★★☆☆☆ Just had the system installed, and the app is stuck on updating configuration and then crashes.

★★☆☆☆ This is hands down the worst app I've encountered. After further discussions with other customers, it appears that the app was created for ecowater to sell more systems as others have indicated their main reason for purchasing. The system itself is not a good system and is not user-friendly. The features are selling points but don't actually function as designed. If you already purchased this system it's actually more cost-efficient to rip it out and purchase a fleck or Marlo water softener that are maintenance free. You will spend more on the "maintenance/service" in 2 years with ecowater. Total scam!
