The ECU Mobile app is so easy to use for balance inquiries, transfer of funds and management of all me checking and savings accounts for myself and 2 daughters.

This app is atrocious. It is difficult to make payments unless you are making a payment from an account set up at the bank. They've involved some convoluted third party you habe to log into to use an external account to pay. No other financial institution anywhere does this. Whoever designed this trash should be terminated.

Your AP is not very user-friendly things in the app are hard to navigate find and use. Also making it where you have to use other apps/ platforms to complete a task such as a payment or transfer etc. Your app also likes to kick someone off and can't get back on. These are only some of the issues I have had with your app. I hope that whoever is in charge of the app really looks at it and finds a way to make it work. The best banking app I have delt with so far is USAA please take a look at them
