★★☆☆☆ Dreams is a scam, delete this app before it's too late. I'm sleeping at the airport £750 down no refund no care to book me another flight. Wasn't informed that I needed a visa for in transit. My round trip all of it gone. Agents useless. They take your booking reference make you hold for 30 mins plus. Spent almost 3 hours taking to different agents briefly then hold 30 mins till I hung up 5 to 6 times. Because they know that way you can't give a rating. Book your flight directly with airlines

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. YOU PAY FOR FLEXI DATES ON FLIGHTS, BUT THEY CAN'T ASSIST YOU. FOLLOWED UP WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN, BUT DREAMS ADVERTISED IT AS FREE. THE FREE NUMBERS TO CALL AIN'T FREE EITHER. LOST R300 IN AIRTIME EVEN THOUGH I PHONED THE NUMBER LISTED IN MY COUNTRY. DREAMS IS ALSO REFUSING TO CANCEL MY PRIME SUBSCRIPTION AND PROMISED TO CALL BACK, BUT HAVEN'T. I HAVE NO AIRTIME AND NO WAY TO PHONE IN AGAIN TO CANCEL.
