I like the app and hope the government officially decides to make Eid a thing. I found setup pretty easy. It took a couple of tries to get face ID to work. For anyone having issues with that, the key was getting my face completely within the green area. Adding my cards and passport was quite easy. Also, for anyone having issues with adding their passport, you have to lay your phone right on the back of the closed passport. I missed being told that the first time around. Cheers!

Excellent ID's storage. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again at my home due to I didn't install it at home at first time, then successfully finish face verification and scan driver license and healthy card without scanning passport. Hopefully I don't need to carry my wallet during driving on road with my cell phone.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have problems stabilizing my joints from a generic disorder and had to dig out a tripod to pass the liveness check because I can't hold my arm out for that long without wobbling (not very accessible for disabled people). Then, when it finally worked (after the 6th try), it STILL wouldn't let me continue and only gave me the options to contact support or retake selfie. Obviously, when I retook the selfie, it failed the liveness check.

Horrendous app; failed repeatedly to allow camera to focus, despite the phone's camera app working flawlessly. Repeatedly failed to scan/take pictures of either form of ID. Then failed NFC reading repeatedly. Then once all data was captured repeatedly failed to submit it to create eID. Frankly shocking QC, no idea how this app is published as it only has one function and spectacularly and entirely fails to complete that function as it doesn't work in the least.

Facial scanner barely works, it takes a selfie 0.1 seconds after starting the scan, not allowing you to get ready. What is the point of all the face scanning afterward if it is going to do that anyway. The passport scanner will not focus if its life depended on it and scanning the passport NFC makes the app crash, making me restart the passport scan again. After trying to scan my passport for an hour, I just gave up and submitted it without the passport.
