The app is well presented, and the layout is easy to use and self-explanatory. The watch unit itself is easy to link with the app thanks to QR codes. The GPS signal is quite weak when inside a property, but this is not unusual for most devices, otherwise the product and the app meet all of my expectations.

GPS and kid location when I need is always late The watch battery is very bad half hour and need to recharge 😓😓

Very disappointed. It has a big potential, but it doesn't meet them. I bought it with the intention of not giving yet a smartphone to my kid, but it looks like I would have to because this watch and app don't work properly. The GPS location is always wrong, like 4 blocks away from where my kid actually is. Advice: l hope you work in improving the current functionalities of the app, so you can fully meet your client expectations.

Very poorly designed and not at all user friendly. However, Elari products do not meet expectations for their price. Your GPS is the most inaccurate thing in the world!

I have got an awful experience starting from the beginning: 1. Info tooltips are not fully visible, you have to guess what information is required 2. Verification code isn't arrived even after 10 minute. I have tried several times, still the same issue 3. Chat support isn't functional due to some missing SDK Now, I'm not sure what to do with the "smart" phone
