A very robust app. I can do every thing I need to, and it's easy to use and navigate.

The app I pretty convenient for my online banking! The only reason I ranked it lower than five stars is it can be slow and glitch from time to time. The confirmation messages for mobile deposit checks can also be a bit delayed at times. Other than that, I'm super thankful my bank has this app for their account holders!!

Pretty easy to navigate, everything is self-explanatory, even for those new to online banking. It has a few levels of customization on ordering your accounts, and even gives the iron of adding other accounts to keep all in one place!

Since I refinanced this company I can not make payments through the app as other financial companies only accept automatic payments or have an account with them, I put my information from my bank, and it does not give you the option of being able to pay with your own bank account ... they force you to have an account with them or otherwise pay 10 extra dollars each you want to make a payment . In case they charge me high interest and above these thieves try to get more money like birds of prey

Painful to use. If there is an update, it forgets who you are or that you even have a biounlock, forcing you to go find a (not kidding here, even though it's 2023) password. Yes, a PASSWORD. Update based on feedback: I had fingerprint, but your updates wiped it out. I.e. the app forgot who I am altogether. I put my username in and password is the ONLY option at that point. It 'forgot' my fingerprint is a valid auth.
