I keep getting a popup saying Elevate can't sync with my phone contacts. I don't want it to sync and have it turned off in the app and have the permissions set to deny.

Call handling so much better than others I've used and compares to native cell phone. SMS does not provide audible alert, and msgs cannot be deleted. Waiting for MMS. Contact sync works well. Very good business app.

Seems to work well for my needs, there is a glitch where if I'm listening to audio via Bluetooth such as YouTube audio or my podcast app Podcast Addict, the connection doesn't return and actually causes my podcast app to error out, saying it lost audio focus and to reboot my phone. I found a workaround to call on my cell Bluetooth then hang up, but I shouldn't have to do that, the app should release the Bluetooth correctly. Is this fixable?

- Recent update now constantly requests access to my personnel files and contacts. When I deny access, it makes the app unusable unless I have it open and don't let my phone screen go to sleep. Its convenience is gone. - When trying to warm transfer a call, it makes the call needing to be transferred just disappear. - Blind transfer doesn't ever work.

I get notifications about the app crashing frequently. Not all calls come to my phone. I have to log out/log back in and delete/reinstall the app often to get it to start working again. Sometimes the calls will continue to ring to my phone after it is answered. I have to go in certain rooms for people to hear me on calls. It is convenient with a home/office hybrid work schedule when it does work though.
