The service level is too bad and no follow up with customers in case the order take more than 30 min to arrive my orders taking usually 4h can anyone tell me this is your service level?

Worst application for a pharmacy. Customer service not professional. Made an online order waited for 3 hours, and nothing was delivered, didn't even receive a phone call. Order was marked as delivered on the app! Called customer service and was put on hold for almost 10 min. They didn't even call back to check. I do not recommend their services

Literally Trash The app is easy to use, but the delivery time is insane. I've been waiting for an order for over 5 hours and nothing has arrived so far and there are no way to communicate with your people through the app.
