Stupid mobile banking fee Why am l being charged $1.95 a month now for mobile banking when the app was free when I first installed it? That's ridiculous!

Needs to have the option of real time alerts for withdrawals or deposits. Would also like it if I could text to get balance instead of having to log in every time. And message that a direct deposit has hit my account. Please add these features

I liked the app when I first got it. Then one day I went to check my balance and I was locked out for no apparent reason. Called the bank to reset all of my info, uninstalled the app cleared cookies and everything and downloaded the app. Can'T long into any account. To many troubles.

Only put in password incorrect ONE TIMEand locked out!! Will go through the website like always on phone! First download Emprise conveniently forget to mention app had charge ... was happy is now free ... but won't be using it! For several financial reasons EMPRISE will always be a local yokel. Cannot wait to switch

Poor Security Practices There is absolutely no reason to disable pasting in passwords. It's actually an unsafe practice to disable pasting passwords because it forces people to use weak / easily remembered passwords like birthdays and pet names. If your device has been hacked the attacker already has access to the keyboard and what keys are typed before they gain access to active memory and the clipboard.
