You can not rely on this information regarding how much it is pending to pay, or is there anything to pay for your monthly installments. App is misleading with wrong financial information. When you download statements, they are very confusing and misleading. Make sure you are following all your finances out of apps. Otherwise, you will be tricked to pay more.

Worst banking experience. There was a fraud online transaction which was made without my knowledge. They did not even send an OTP. When I complained they stopped returned my money but deducted the exchange difference. The complaint that I have raised no one from the bank even for a courtesy called me. Whenever I am calling the bank toll number they will connect after 3 to 5 minutes. Call center staff will hear and say that they will require 60 days to check. After 60 days still they are checking
