I'm more reviewing the product and app as a whole. I had no issues connecting the app or the product. I expecting this to be complete junk and to not work. It works surprisingly well. The camera has a surprising amount of definition. I gave no complaints at all.

So...... I was initially a little skeptical about this product, as my wife bought a couple after seeing a demo video, and it is a little odd that it creates its own Wi-Fi to connect to, but if it's not using our Wi-Fi or connecting to the internet, it is not sending out any personal information via conventional methods. Connecting to the device is simply connecting to its network. I am impressed with the camera and surprised at how well I can see inside my ears. Overall a pretty cool device!

Will not connect with camera. Followed all instructions, reset Wi-Fi connection, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still will not work.

RETURN IT, Before its to late !!!! Initially, It will work decent enough to be effective (first month or so). Then YOUR CELL SCREEN (while using the invasive app) WILL ALWAYS BE BLACK > Like it magically can't connect the foot & A ½ visual stream. Then you'll notice here & there, it working fine. THEN the screen again randomly GOING BLACK FOR NO REASON. Furthermore, A tool like this should work w/ blu tooth alone. Us having to use their Wi-Fi means they're gathering & sharing our information!
