Any update logs you out... Apart from this at enel-med doctor write prescriptions for full payment even though you are entitled to co-payment for some reason.

I can not access the waiting list section. Preferred the old version. Notifications not working Annoying in general as there are no visits available and when you call the help center suddenly there are :-(

Logs out needlessly, keeps sending notifications nevertheless. No clear paths to get basic things done. Terrible UI. Waiting list feature laggy and not easy to set up, but no worries, it also doesn't work that well, just sends lots of pointless notifications. Can't schedule more than one visit per specialist. Very frustrating experience when you are able and healthy, absolute downer when you are not. Shame.
